No, Cloud Cap Psychological Services is not contracted with any insurance companies. Clients pay directly for their services.
If you would still like to work with your insurance, your insurance may provide some reimbursement. If needed, you will be provided a monthly Superbill that documents any diagnostic codes, services provided, and fees paid so that you can submit the claim to your insurance for reimbursement processing. I always encourage families to inquire with their insurance ahead of time about their out-of-network benefits so that they know what to expect upon submitting a claim for reimbursement. Whether or not your insurance reimburses is up to you to find out and you submit the claim to be directly reimbursed yourself. I do not contract with insurance
nor do I make any single case insurance agreements.
For assessments in which an evaluation is conducted in order to help identify a learning, attention, processing, or other cognitive or developmental issue I am typically able to provide you with a Superbill time of the final meeting. Please be aware that in cases of assessments used solely for the purpose of documentation of academic skill level in order to facilitate educational planning, insurance does not provide coverage and thus
there is no Superbill form provided.
Current fees for Assessment are $275 per hour. Typical brief assessments include a comprehensive intake, direct testing and questionnaires, report writing, and feedback with caregivers. This is typically 5-6 hours of service.
More comprehensive evaluations that measure multiple domains of functioning, require more extensive record review, observations, collateral contacts, and multiple feedback sessions will often run 8-12 hours in length. An estimate of hours necessary for the referral questions will be provided after the intake appointment and after discussion all referral questions together.

After an initial phone or email inquiry, an intake session can be scheduled and that typically lasts 90 minutes in length and will also include records review when applicable. The intake sessions are charged at $300. All subsequent therapy appointments are 50 minutes in length and are charged at $200 per hour. I hold some sliding scale therapy spots, so please inquire if you would like to apply for one.
