Offering group therapy for parents of children and teens with anxiety, neurodiversity-affirming social groups for teens,
and group therapy for older children and teens with severe and debilitating anxiety such as OCD, social anxiety, school refusal, and panic.

Dr. Montague has over 14 years of experience providing evidenced-based therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and young adults as well as caregivers. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy approaches to address pediatric mood and anxiety, including severe and debilitating obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety, school avoidance, specific phobias, and depression.
Dr. Montague is trained in specific evidence based practices including Comprehensive Behavioral Therapy for Tics (CBIT), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), PEERS and other evidence-based social skills programs for neurodivergent children and teens, and Behavior Therapy Training Institute's (BTTI) exposure/response prevention (E/RP) for treatment of OCD.
Dr. Montague approaches therapeutic conceptualizations from a bio-psych-social framework. She uses a neuropsychological lens to help her clients accentuate strengths and help them gain understanding and supporting around their needs and abilities. She offers time-limited and goal-directed therapy to address specific referral needs and enjoys seeing clients take newly learned skills and understandings and apply them on their own.
